  1. Fished from bout 8:30-5 and probably caught around 35 with 12-15 keepers. Sure was tough with the wind as it seemed impossible to really get out of it, but it helped the fishing being such a sunny day. Water temp around 58-59 to start and got up to 61-62 by late afternoon. 75% came on the ned and rest came on Zman diezel minnow. Ned fish came from 5-15 fow and most of minnow fish came on wind blown secondary points. Had better average fish on the minnow which caught 6-7 keepers. Nothing real big overall as best 5 would have gone around 12-13lbs.
  2. Wind would have been nice, but you're right, it was a great morning on the water!
  3. Fished from 7-11:30 today. Was tough bite. Water temp was 58-59 and this morning was calm which didn't help in that clear water. Ended up with 8 and 2-3 keepers. All on the ned. Caught couple out in 12-15 fow and then had little pattern picking up some bites from spots off back corners of docks. Saw some beds but the fish had moved off them. Couple had bucks on them but they weren't locked on.
  4. Water was stained at the bridge and cleared as went down. I didn't go very far down so don't know about Campbell point but didn't have to go too far to find 3-4ft clarity
  5. that sounds bout right. Those k's like to move up first. My one keep was a LM though out of bout 4-5 fow and based on the belly looked like a female. Guess it could have been near a bed
  6. Put in at shell knob and fished from 4 to dark. Water temp right around 61. Ended up with bout 15 and one keeper. All on Ned from 4-12 fow and all from point up to 2/3 way back in coves. Little more color in parts but did better in the clearer water. Not a real aggressive bite and had to wait and let them take it to make sure to get them hooked. Mix of LM and spots with one little smallie. Did throw wart and jig a bit but nothing. Also saw what looked to be a few beds in spots, but no fish were on them.
  7. Shouldn't be. Fished the mill creek area Tuesday and Sunday and there wasn't anything
  8. It was little tough. Was just one here and there for most part
  9. Put in at aunts creek this afternoon bout 3 and fished til bout 7:30. Fished a little in aunts and then headed down towards mill creek area. Ended up with 11 and 4 maybe 5 keepers and all on the Ned. Nothing too big but did have a keeper of all three species. Water temp was 60-61 which was up from the 55-56 saw on tues. Caught a few off back corners of docks this time so few fish starting to move. Fish came from 6-15 fow. Good luck on the water
  10. Fished maze a few times. Done well on jigs, creature baits, and cranks. Fished the rip rap around the bridge in the back, but never gone past that. As you're going back towards the bridge the bank that would be on the right past the last cut is a good steep bank. Hope that helps.
  11. Thanks. Really appreciate all the info you've provided on the ned!
  12. First just want to thank all who post. Have learned a lot about the Rock and it sure helped today! Fished near mill creek today from 8-4. Water temp was 55-56. Had a slow start. Threw a-rig, wart, jerk, jig, and finesse worm....zero. Finally tied on a ned for first time and first point caught a solid keeper smallie. Was game on from there. Caught 23 with 8 keepers and all on the ned. Nothing real big, best 5 probably 12-13lbs. Most came from 8-12 fow. Good luck to all on the water!
  13. First off just want to say thanks to all who post on here. Am somewhat new to the area and have learned a lot between the stockton and table rock forums about the two lakes and how to fish certain areas and navigate them. Put in at Ruark and fished from 4 to dusk. Water temps were 55-60. Ended up catching 8 with one keeper and lost one keeper. All in 3-6ft on finesse worm from main lake point up to bout 2/3 way back. Threw jerk, wart, and jig a little with no luck. Also just happened to talk to a guy while at work who said he was up turnback at 160 bridge and he caught a limit of whites yesterday.
  14. 5 Rapala dt10 crankbaits. All in very good condition. The bluegill one has had some color added to belly with marker, and two shad colors have little wear but not not a lot. Little scratching from hooks but nothing major. $27 shipped to your door or $24 picked up. In Aurora, MO and paypal for payment if shipped. Feel free to ask any questions.
  15. Hello, recently joined the site and really like the great info have gotten from it. Kinda new to the area too. Am in the Aurora, MO area and can't wait to hit up the Rock this spring. Hopefully will have some good reports to post haha. Good luck on the water all!
  16. Here's the Zman Finesse ShroomZ. This is the 1/10 oz size. Also comes in 1/6 oz and 1/15 oz. BPS in Springfield was out of 1/15. Haven't fished the Ned rig before so don't know how this head performs yet. Only downside I see is that it doesn't have a weed guard.
