Yes, I have been following the story in the news and Facebook. Very sad for sure. It’s always hard to understand just what might have happened that caused them to separate from the Kayaks and have joint fates. At least for me. Either way, it’s very sad Carl

He was very nice and friendly and I always enjoyed visiting with him. I noticed he was not there this year and was sad to learn about the cancer. I am saddened again to hear this. Hopefully he is heaven and all well now. RIP Pat.

Launched at Prairie Creek at 1 and fished to 5. We only had one keeper. 15 inch large.

I went to Lost Bridge South on Sunday after church and ended up with 2 keeper smallmouth about 2 lbs each. Both on a jerk bait.

Wow! Yesterday was tough for me, actually had zero. But I never threw a swim bait. I am surprised. The clarity yesterday was maybe 1 foot at most. I stayed close to the ramp but went towards the rivers.

Just catching up and sad for sure. I would frequently ask Bo jig fishing questions and he would always give me straight forward answers. I sure appreciated his sharing. God bless his family. I will miss his summer jig fishing posts for sure.

I think I know the few adjustments I would make next time but I sure would like to know what others think we should have done on Saturday as opposed to Friday. The same areas did not produce on Saturday.

I fished Bull with somewhat similar results on Friday and Saturday. Very frustrating given my much better Friday. My differences on Friday was I was catching good size and then Saturday I could not buy a bite.

Bill, You mention the sticker frequently and I always assume it’s a jig. Assuming I am right my question is it sounds like you only fish it when there is some wind. Is that correct?

I just called and they charge $29 per night. Does that sound about right?

My family and I will be coming to Branson for a week in late April. We will be staying at a condo at Emerald Point but, they do not have the ability to charge the boats at least I do not think they do, so I am looking for how you guys would keep your boat charged and stored securely. We will likely fish about half the time maybe a little more while we do other things about half the time so securing my boat is important. So, what do you recommend on how to charge and safety secure the boat. I have never done this before so I am just wondering what is the best route. Thanks.
