MoCarp you would have to ask BillettHead the recipe But It had grounded goose meat peppers onions Cooked on the grill with plenty of olive oil served on tortillas. MMMMMM tasty a must try.My hats off to the chef.

Glad to be back Fellar's I need to study up on my small mouth technique. There has to be some in the Auxvasse. We have had good water last 2 summers.

My name is Glen Miller and i joined this site several years ago But I havent visited or posted in a long time. I was on a trip with some friends at the niangua this past week end and Met Billetthead and his Misses. They fixed up some dynamite goose fajitas man talk about good eatin' Had a great time visited the vendors that were there and took in the movie on saturday night fished the river saturday without much luck. Did good sunday in the park. Glad to be back and looking forward to maybe making some new friends.

Dont know if you remember me from flytying forum or not but I made you a atlantic salmon fly in frame for some duck feathers. Glad to see you haven't quit fishing and posting. Nice to run into old friends from time to time. We are still catching some big gillies around here.

Just like to say howdy to all the folks. I have been looking over this site for sometime now and finaly got around to registering. Little about myself I live near Mexico Missouri. I am 48 and have been a flyfisherman for about 40 years. I have fished for trout on a fly everywhere from the small mountain streams of Vermonts Green Mountains to the stocked dams ( deep manmade farm lakes) of west Australia's Karri forest. I am proud to call the streams and tailwaters of the Ozarks my home waters. I fish for most anything with fins but the wiley trout are my favorite. I am also a tier of some skill and I am always ready to share my knowledge and experience with anybody that asks. If I don't know the answer we will find out together. Fish On Mate!!! Tube
