I have the border lakes license. Can I fish the White River below Bull Shoals or does my license stop at Bull Shoals Dam? What I read on MDC's site is confusing.

Must stay in the lakes.

I'm not sure what you find confusing? It clearly states the impounded waters of Table Rock, Bull Shoals and Norfolk.
Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

Since the White River is only in Arkansas, it does not apply to the border lake license. It's only the lakes that are located in both states.

Thanks for asking though.
