Members Stocktondonater
I'm thinking about driving down from Springfield tomorrow to bank fish for bass. I've never had much luck down there from the bank, and was wondering if you all could help me out. Enjoy the forum and thanks in advance!
johnboy2bfishin
I would fish around mill creek ramp or maybe aunts creek ramp those areas have a variety of banks as pea gravel to steep stuff and i would walk up and down bank and throw a fluke or drag a tube or fish dr. Members Stocktondonater
Buddy of mine called me yesterday morning, and we ended up going to stockton fishing from his boat. Slow, tough bite for bass. We only caught 4 keepers. I did catch a pretty nice walleye and another walleye that went 15.5".
Bitethis
I love walley fishing in Stockton. Caught my personal best there in October last year, 7.5lbs, 27.5" long. Realize it isn't a BEAST, but its MY personal best...i was very excited. Caught it on a firetiger bomber...right at dusk. Was very awesome! Glad you caught a couple! Quillback
A 7.5 lb. wallie is a beast in my books, congrats on that!
