Members Beaverdamstore
I've seen a few questions about this. The north cove near Beaver Dam will hold stripers, hybreds and whites in the spring. It is wadeable there most of the time. When we get a big southerly wind as the whites are running that northern bank will muddy up. When it muddies the fish get close to the bank. It requires being able to cast 20-30' into or quartering away with strong wind. A 6-8wt rod and simple clouser minnows should get you a smile. Another wadeable option for striper is the twin bridges area near Goshen. Richland creek dumps into the White there and it puts you in a spot where it is possible to hook some large fish. You don't have to have hurricane force winds to be good here. Come back with a fish story. Jim Champ188 and Phil Lilley
