My standard stir fry sauce is about ¼ cup white wine, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tsp cornstarch and a little sugar....which you can leave out.

Composing a salad tonight. Grilled chicken breast, asparagus, potato, hard boiled egg, sugar snaps, carrot match sticks, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, homemade dressing from Penzy's Green Goddess mix.

So, I stir fried and used the sauce rps suggested. I think that's it!

I have found Serious Eats to be reliable. I sometimes tweek what they espouse, but they are always a good starting point.
