the cedar tree deal is pretty cool.

Im glad to see yall are utilizing the trees that were removed from the battlefield park.

Blackburn is a good creek thats deep enough to hold lots of big trees.

How long does it take green cedar trees to start attracting fish?

I've caught fish off sunken green cedar trees within a couple of days after they were put out. I'm sure it varies a bit according to how active the fish are.

I think it depends on the location of the trees. If you place green cedar trees in an area that has no cover, fish will be on them pretty fast (within a couple of days).

I have tried to follow the link, in the article, to the map and it is a dead end...

We sank at least 45 big cedar trees in the Blackburn Creek area during the winter. All locations have been marked with a GPS and can be found at the following website: www.gis.agfc.com

I have also tried every combination (I can think of) in the search box on agfc.com .. I can't get to a map of beaver attractors???

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks Z

copy & paste the URL into your browser, its not linked on that pdf.

That didn't work either... Still says -- Server not found; Firefox can't find the server at www.gis.agfc.com.
