motroutbum 147
Got out today for a few hours on Boulder Creek. Water is low, clear and cold. Its best to stay in the lower canyon if you head over there. Caught fish all on nymphs. all of the nymphs were size 16 baetis. 5x tippet worked just fine. I expect that with the warming weather this week we will see the water start to turn off color and rise a bit. Either way, we will still have a couple weeks before runoff starts. It was a great day out on the water....oh and did I mention....not another soul out there. Tight lines. BilletHead 1 Quote There are two types of people.
