There were a couple of sketchy spots but nothing we had to portage around or anything. Never had to break out the saw. The fishing wasn't great though. A bit high, little murky. Those that did choose to participate were very strong fish.

Once again the PBJ Ned saved the day.

My buddy and and a friend fished up in that vicinity somewhere this weekend. He said it was tough, but they still ended up catching 30 keepers. Biggest fish was a 3# largemouth that choked a custom made buzzbait.

I think if you would have had time to fish all the structure well then it would have been a better day for us. But we kept moving for the most part.

I had something flush a buzzbait early on but I got too excited and blew it.

Dang I thought you were gonna have one of those epic days out there....kinda forgot about the rain hahaha

Very cool pics and looked like a sweet float none the less.

I am always on the look out for impassable rivers and creeks :)

It was an epic day, but the fishing sucked. :)

Floating a river with my best friend of 25+ plus years made it epic. We don't get to hang out as much any more due to kids and crazy lives but no matter how much time goes by it's like we were never apart. Been two years since we floated but it's not going to be near that long before we do it again.
