It is a good opportunity to meet fellow OAF members many are very skilled fishermen, some are just nimrods like myself. I know that I learn a lot every year. Will need some guidance as have only been down there fishing a couple of times and know basically nothing about the area. It sounds like a great time. Is there anywhere i can get the details as far as where everyone is staying, and if there is anymore room for a couple of Nebraska boy's. I am guessing he will be making the reservation Monday 10/21 We stay at Riley's Station in Buffalo City, with locals staying at home but hanging out at the lodge. I use a light action spinning rod, (Crappie rod) with 4 or 6 lb line (actually I use 8 lb nano with a 4 or 6 lb leader depending on what I can get away with) For jigs, I use mostly 1/16, some 1/32 and 1/8, olive, olive ginger, brown orange, white, black and ?????. www.zigjig.com or if you are down at TR before then, run by Lilly's Landing, (Below the dam off Fall Creek road) They sell a nice rod for the money, have a great selection of jigs. Phil or Duane can lead you in the right direction.
