Diameter and weight please. A tackle dealer friend might be able to move it. Any interest in an older Ari Hart? Caged reel with a 3wt on it. The 1950's Hardy LRH I  bought from you years ago is still fishing.

Well somebody needs to try it.  The dang thing has been around since I graduated from High School and it still hasn't been taken fishing.

I'm assuming that the warranty has expired.

My dad had one of those Winchester mod94 John Wayne edition lever guns, it was real pretty.  I said, let's go shoot this thing.  He says, Naw I don't wanna get it dirty.  I said, I'll clean it.   Nope, he wasn't having any part of it.   So I said, If I was John Wayne I'd kick you in the knee.

He says, "If you was John Wayne they'd be giving them away in a box of Cracker Jack's.  Now put it away and go shoot the Marlin"

The reel is 3.25 inches in diameter and weighs 5.5 ounces. Holds a WF7F with 50 yards of 20 pound, but holds a ton of backing with a WF6F.

It is unfished, unmounted to a rod, and that $2500 price tag does not include shipping and insurance. Should add $25 or so.

Gavin - I miss that reel every time I see one. I am sure you are taking excellent care of it..
