Surprised the State Patrol is present that often, don't recall ever seeing one at RRSP. So, do we believe MSHP is there to watch for poachers? Or just a show of presence to deter urinaters? and drug traffickers? Their presence is discouraging to me, and I'm neither a poacher nor a criminal. Aside from friendly creel checks I feel that nobody should be detained unless the rangers have received a complaint.
