Lifes2Short Posted December 16, 2018 Share Posted December 16, 2018 Another great day on the lake with very little wind! Caught a limit of crappie and a dozen or so bass, same situation as yesterday. Crappie were still out on the flats on the main lake and the bass were in the creeks on channel swing banks. Jigs and swimbaits got the bass, shad colored jigs got the crappie. Tight Lines! Lifes2Short Posted December 17, 2018 Author Share Posted December 17, 2018 Had another great day on Sunday, beautiful weather! Ended up with a double limit and catching well over 40 crappie . Also caught two really nice walleye on the crappie jigs, had to release one because she was so nice big and beautiful! If you’re not finding the crappie you need to look for main lake brush piles that are in 15 to 25 feet of water. As I said earlier I can’t find any crappie in the coves or creek channels. Headed back up again today, hopefully they are still on the bite!
