Friend caught these yesterday while i was lucking into mine, he and his son were fishing for them.  Caught them all suspended in pole timber about 12 feet down over 30 ft.  Pretty much the same thing we did.  They were using  swimming minnows.

He also caught these and gave them to us.  Becky severed them up tonight.  Said there were 80 in one patch.

For us, the balloon goes up tomorrow morning!

And if you don't believe me just check out the extended weather forecast.

That's right - the boys that a hundred Chamber of Commerce offices have tried to ban due to the negative effect on area tourism are on the way!

Love fishing in the rain.

And the thunder.

And the lightning.

Geez.......

I think we should change your trip to mid August! It would be a big boost to our local economy! It also might end our drought in August if the Rainmaker shows up!

We would certainly be open to entertain and seriously consider all reasonable offers to that effect.

We have a proven track record over nearly fifty years in the immediate Table Rock area alone!  🤪

what a catch - that's awesome Bill.  Those crappie are as big as the Kentucky Bass I've been catching on watermelon tubes.  I'm shocked to hear that hit a Keitech.  Good Job.
