Baked Crappie

Recommended Posts

I had some blackened crappie last week that was really good. A little olive oil, some blacken seasoning and a cast iron skillet is all you need. If you can't have olive oil or any seasoning then I guess you're just screwed.

Saute a crappie fillet in butter and sprinkle on a little old bay seasoning.

I can’t have Fats or Seasoning.

You ARE sick!   Lay down.  Get a hold of yourself.😁  trout?
No fat or seasoning?   So ground up plants is bad?   Never heard of that.  Maybe you should listen to @fishinwrench and his take on the medical profession.
