If these batteries actually meet specs they're pretty impressive. 75 lbs. is a clue they probably will. I've designed a lot of commercial battery chargers and tested pallets of batteries. The devil is always in the details.

I found it online. I think this is it. https://sciencing.com/how-8681870-convert-reserve-capacity-amp-hours.html
garyw
I just try to keep it simple since I'm pretty simple. I just looked for Batteries with the Ah rating stated. No need to convert. Most batteries i saw with just an rc rating were dual purpose starting and deep cycle. I didn't need that. Daryk Campbell Sr

skeeter
New to me are the Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries I just discovered on eBay that are roughly half the price of Lithium Ion batteries. They aren't quite as light-weight as Lithium Ion but are still only 40% the weight of traditional lead-acid batteries. Saw them on the eBay site from a Chinese-maker in the $450-$499 range while they are on the Dakota battery site for the upper $800 range. Found this information about Lithium Ion vs. Lithium Iron Phosphate if anyone is interested: https://www.lithium-battery-factory.com/lithium-iron-phosphate-vs-lithium-ion/
garyw
If you have a Minnkota troller, read the battery part about lithium batteries. just a line or two, easy to miss. Daryk Campbell Sr
