I will be fine, I am just livid that I have to isolate until friday. Luckily the camper is set up at the ranch. I could take a test now but it wouldn't be accurate. snagged in outlet 3 1 everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you. Fun times to get ready for this eh? Maybe a half batch and then we can have a two chili cookoff contest. You up for that @fmcbrandon? @terrierman, I am down, but I am pretty sure that I won't hold a candle to the smoked chili you make. It is incredible! gotmuddy and Terrierman 1

Terrierman
Credit where credit is due. I got the recipe from Les, who in turn got it from one of his friends. It's a great recipe!

Terrierman
4 lbs ground beef or venison 1 lb williams mild sausage 1 large yellow onion chopped 2 heaping tablespoons minced garlic 1/3 cup chili powder 3 cans (16 oz) red beans drained and rinsed 2 cans (14.5 oz)diced tomatoes 1 can (14 oz) beef broth 2 cans (4 oz) diced green chiles 5 beef boullion cubes 3 tsp garlic powder 3 tsp cumin 1 tsp black pepper Mix the meat with all the dry seasonings. Make it into a big patty and cook on a smoker letting the juices drip into a large dutch oven. When the meat is done mix everything else with it and cook maybe 250 degrees or so on the smoker for two or three hours. I added a can of original rotel to the recipe above. Like all chili, its better the next day. Gumboot, snagged in outlet 3, Daryk Campbell Sr and 4 others 4
