  1. I fished your red Eye shad last night and caught crappie white bass and six shorts was wondering do you burn it or reel slow? I had better luck reeling slow versus fast. Just wondering.
  2. Phil, I really enjoy your videos. Do use a go pro for your videos? If so do you put it in the waterproof case? How do you get such good sound?I have one and put it in my waterproof case but have to shout into it to get any voice sounds. Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks
  3. Caught 20 today in the back end of Indian Creek kept 12 3 to 4 foot of water 1/32 ounce jig with curly tail red/ char ,white/ char + crappie nibble Water temperature 60°
  4. Sorry I miss spoke it was the 16th ounce jig and they were only down about 10 to 11 feet.
  5. Fishing was pretty tough. Found 2 spots on points in about 25 FOW that the crappie were stacked. Best fishing 6-7PM. Used 1/32 ounce jig with red/ chart tube with crappie nibble. Tuesday evening caught 35 to 40 fishing to get 10 keepers. These 25 were for the 2 days. Water temps was 48 in morning up it 52 in afternoon.

  7. I normally fish up to Indian Creek. But I can go aove coconuts. I have never fished those Missouri Department conservation brush piles up on the upper end of the gravois I thought I might try them tomorrow also.
  8. Paul, Had a question about your boat. Was wondering what type of boat it was looks very deep and lots of storage?
  9. I caught about 15 Croppie yesterday pulling crank baits in the Gravois arm. Also caught three blue cats and three largemouth's. Crappie were all about 11 to 12 inches also very thin. I have a question about a week ago I cleaned 15 and I cleaned 10 this time and about 60% of the fish still had eggs. Is this normal this time of year or did they just not spawn?
  10. Not sure if I am doing this correctly in responding to this quote I think it was a matter of finding brush piles with fish on them with the graph. I found them on the graph in deeper water and then fished shallower. The wind was blowing into this bank as well. I caught a lot of small Kentucky bass as well. I do not think color really mattered as I changed colors a number of times using white as well.i had never used power bait crappie nibbles before till last year and I definitely believe they work.
  11. Fishing this afternoon was very good. The warm temperatures definitely heated up the crappie Fished from 2 PM to 7. The fish were up shallow in 3 to 10 ft of water Caught a total of 50 fish and a nice limit of fish with the largest being a13.5 inch. Most we're in the 11 to 12 inch range. Used a road runner head with a red/ chartreuse twister tail. Water temp was 49
