Bass Pro to carry LEWS reels and drop Daiwa????

I will probably get slapped around for this but - I have 3 of the higher end Lews reels and have had 2 of them sent back to Lews for rework twice each and they are no better now than when I took them in. They replaced bearings, spools, lubed and oiled them with the same results. They were still less than 1 year old and I only fish weekends. The one reel is great!!! The other 2 reels are far from it. My 3 BP Pro Qualifier reels are 2 years older and out perform the 2 "bad" Lews hands down. -
That's weird, I looked at them online before I picked mine up in Springfield and the ones I bought looked just like the pictures. I don't see any green on that lure......

I did the same thing last night, along with 3 other new colors. Good looking stuff.

14 fish total. 3 keepers total. 2 largemouth just over 15.5" and a smallmouth that tipped the scale at 2.11lbs, not huge but put up a great fight. The 11 shorts were a mix of Kentucky, largemouth and smallmouth. Fished from 7:30 am until 2:00pm and water temp was 52 - 53.5

Those Bald Eagles are something special to watch, its not a lot of fun sitting in the boat watching them out fish me - LOL. It was a fun day. I think I landed every fish I had hit except for 1 short K that popped off right at the boat.

Didn't have a scale but guessing about 3 lb and the largemouth was between 5 and 6lbs. Fished from 9am until 4pm.

16 total. 6 keepers. Jerk bait got 2 keeper largemouth, black and blue jig got 3 keeper smallmouth and 1 keeper kentucky. Water temp 52.5 - 54.

I have a phone app that I look at regularly that gives me a temp at Rock Lane Marina at Indian point. It also gives the water depth changes "live". I would switch my app out for one that had more Temps throughout the lake as long as it still gave the water depth "live". Would yours give the depth info also?

How far down the James River has it froze over the years? Has the whole lake ever froze solid? I have seen pictures of many coves and edges of the main lake frozen but don't know if it has ever been locked up.
