  5. up by the bridge it looks like this about every morn. early this morning Spring Creek from pt13 up to the ramp area looked about the same but less muddy
  6. just couldn't get into the whites all month until last week, but when they ran it was nuts! Fished 4/27,4/28,4/29 the bite was the best from 6:00-7:30am for us, 3 people catching multiple limits on swimming minnows, no boats or any other anglers around. Guess everybody thought the run was over, or nobody wanted to get up early and fish. threw them all back except for 15.
  7. glad you got the T in before the HUGE mess, nice job! up around Theodosia the water color looks like the MO river., it's ugly
  8. Wasn;t there a professional walleye tournament one year when the lake was really high? they caught the crap out of walleye.! I couldn't find any glass shad raps in the tackle stores that week i like it when the water is really high,a lot of the largemouth stay shallow after spawning, and they are easier to pattern from day to day imo.
  9. and it's raining again! happy you got into them
  10. awesome report on the fishing ! not so awesome on the conditions i think it stopped raining twice in the last 12 hours. Thunder so loud the floors and walls tremble
  11. 4/25 WT 64 ,calm, vis 6-7', again this morning until about 9., the same spot as Sunday just shallower.. Lots of bait still. Size was down.Numbers were up. All smallies, mostly males. Depth was 10'. texas rigged worms
  12. WT 65 8-9' vis. calm Fished from 6:15am - about 11 depth 20-30' , brownies were eating texas rigged worms fished around bait balls. They hung out and ate in one area the whole time.
  13. hunted 2 more times , found 6, must be about over here
  14. some spinning reels just twist your line no matter what because of the way they are made. Pflueger had some in the 80's that were so poorly made you wonder if the person who designed it even fished.. pb4bass, 1farmer more wraps in the knots i agree with that that will help a little bit back off the drag a touch if it's breaking on hook sets too
  15. It was a really good year in Ozark Co. Mo. Probably the best hunting season I've had. Dad and I found 196 this month. Had 37 this week.
  16. thank you, will be taking a break from painting for a little bit, the crappie are biting !
  17. gorgeous cat!
  18. caught on live bait, depth 3-6'
  19. pencil popper? i was thinking try a buzzbait around wood in the pockets
  20. what? no top water love? I hear it's been good but you gotta be on the water by 6:30am cuz they quit biting it by 8
