And you don't have to pay the high prices of the Gitto's, Zia's and Gian-Tony's of the world. Rigazzi's still a favorite too. Rigazzi's. Home of the frozen fishbowl! Always a good time and good food. And cold beer. snagged in outlet 3
Ryan Miloshewski
Mom's Deli, Cunettos, Cugino's, Gioia's, La Grands...all must stops when I come back home to the STL. snagged in outlet 3 and Daryk Campbell Sr 2 “To those devoid of imagination a blank place on the map is a useless waste; to others, the most valuable part.”--Aldo Leopold
Gavin
Cunetto’s is pretty good, big portions and low prices, nothing fancy. Same with Rigazzi’s. Not sure what’s great and still open anymore.

I took a wrong turn (I think off Kings Highway?). Turned down a street to get turned back around and a crazy dude was driving in circles in the street. When he stopped I started to drive through and he gunned it and turned toward the side of our van. I got through but we were shook. Had dinner at Bob Evans next to the hotel😄 snagged in outlet 3 and Daryk Campbell Sr 2 John

Maybe 1984 or '85? I was the only person at the table who didn't have a vowel as the last letter in their surname. Got the job too.😎 Yes they are still open but right now only for Dinner, last I looked. I guess they are having a hard time getting workers also. We did eat there for lunch at least once a month, for years, till about 2 month's ago. You have to look at their website for the hours. And yes good food still. Pietro's is also very good and still reasonable. We tried them last month for lunch since Cunetto's was not open. That is where all the good Italian food is. ness, Johnsfolly and Maverickpro201 3 Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction. jdmidwest
St Louis has always had its bad spots. I took my young daughter to a funeral of a neighbor in the Ferguson area pre Mike back in the early 00's. We had some looks, only whites around beside the widow. He was a worker for USPS and retired to my area, great guy. Cancer took him shortly after retirement. As a kid, I run the pawn shops with my Uncle and spent alot of time in the seedy areas. You can find some good food there if you have the balls. Soulard area was sketchy back then. "Life has become immeasurably better since I have been forced to stop taking it seriously." — Hunter S.
