[Fishrman]

Fished out of Baxter on Friday, no school for us (fall break). Fished from daylight to 4 pm. Caught 30-35 bass with 8 keepers. All fish came on spinnerbaits off chunk rock and bluff banks with wind. Caught a few on crankbait also, but the spinnerbait was the ticket for us. Lost a few keepers including a really good smally over 4 lbs. She threw the spinnerbait before we could get to her, but as many of you know, they do not tire quickly. Oh well, got a good look at her twice, second time she gave me the spinnerbait back. Hope everyone has good luck when you get to go. Water temp. was 69.
