We started the boat ride up and met a buck in the middle of the lake about 1000 yards above the dock. He managed to get up the bank and on up the bluff ok. Fishing was slow for us. We caught a few on jigs and san juans (red) but they just weren't too interested in feeding. They were running their normal 708-709 feet of water. I wish they'd drop it below 706. Would be much nicer drifting. This rainbow took a big Storm Bait. Randy caught 4 rainbows before giving up on it. Was wishing for a big brown.
