Members phins Posted August 9, 2011 Members Posted August 9, 2011 It's while standing in the rain with lightning flashing above the stream your standing in that you really begin to question your sanity. Water is a little lower than normal but still remains very clear. Fish are mostlty concentrated in the deep holes but you can still find a few around the water falls. Fish are small in size and you have to release quite a few in order keep a couple for supper. Good fighting fish, just maybe 1/2 pounders in size. Had better luck with the brighter lures especially with a tint of red. Drifting a wooly with an orange tip was highly effective. Bait fisherman were doing good under a bobber. Good Luck.
