cotterboy2007 Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 A friend of mine really needs to sale this boat, so I am trying to help him get the word out. Model 207 Supreme with 20 HP 2 stroke Johnson jet moter, and deluxe model ez loader trailer. All are 2001 year models. Owner is a retired guide and has a couple of boats, so this one needs to go. It was owned by an older gentleman prior to my buddy getting it and really does not have many hours on it. With all the high water of the last few years, it has seen little action.. It has been serviced by a local shade tree boat mechainc used by all the local giudes & trout docks. It has a long road/storage box and all the bells & whistles. They are asking $4750 which is a deal on this setup as new it would cost well over $7500. Email me at ozarkappraisals10@gmail.com or call me at 870-421-2155 and I will get the info passed along to the owner.
bigredbirdfan Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 So what parts of the White can a 20 hp go/not go?
bigredbirdfan Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 Is the motor electric start and does it come with a battery if so? Based on the pictures I assume it doesn't come with any swiveling chairs. What live wells and storage does it have?
grizwilson Posted December 27, 2011 Posted December 27, 2011 So what parts of the White can a 20 hp go/not go? They can go anywhere, but in the high water they suck up "junk" and you have to stop and clean the intakes often enough to .... buy a prop motor to use in high water. Listening to your wife whine is better than digging crap out of your jet all day, besides one of them might break down so you have a spare. “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein

Is 9.9 the max up on the Norfork River Tailwater as well as the Buffalo River?
gotmuddy Posted December 28, 2011 Posted December 28, 2011 no, you can run whatever on norfork. everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
grizwilson Posted December 29, 2011 Posted December 29, 2011 Is 9.9 the max up on the Norfork River Tailwater as well as the Buffalo River? 10 hp limit on Buffalo and Crooked Creek, Norfork Tailwater wide open. I have a 9.9 prop long shaft just pull the 20 jet put on the 9.9 and go, jet 5 in high, long shaft 5 in low... works great. But if any mech skills takes about 20-30 min to convert the jet to a prop visa versa, transom is a bit tricky though “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein

My riverboat is equipped with a manual jackplate that I latch up for my jet and adjust for my prop 9.9 everything in this post is purely opinion and is said to annoy you.
Members Whiteriver Posted December 30, 2011 Members Posted December 30, 2011 I haven't heard that on Crooked Creek either....is that in the regulation manual on the 9.9 motor limit?
