pray for my family

Please pray for my family this week as timing has got me either loosing a job the 15th or if luck will have it gaining a job the 16th.I will either be unemployed or employed by the end of the week.I like all ,need to work and my family depends on me .Thanks for your time. John

Thanks for sharing about your job status. It's tough to be in the "no-man's land" when it comes to how we are providing for our families. It also works on our self-image sometimes.

Proverbs 3:5-6 is my foundation in times like these:

"Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and don't lean on your own understanding, but in all of your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.

Father, since you are our provider, help John to be able to have Your peace during this time, knowing that You have everything under control. Thanks for the times when our faith is tested because we know that You never let anything come at us that we can't handle, even though it sometimes feels bigger than we can. We're trusting for a good report from this because You are a great God.
