Fishing Report 8-24-14 & Als Challenge

Finally got out on stream, broke ankle and was on DL for 6 months. Took daughter and boyfriend fishing between Turner & Witten. Fishing was very good despite heat and boat traffic. Kept a few fish for wife's friend, most caught in shoals and fast water. The fly of choice was yellow stone and Dons Crawdad fished deep. I was challenge to do ALS ice bucket challenge and I challenged Brian Sloss. We did it together filing a kayak with ice water, I will post the video once I edit the video, I challenged Jim Marstiller and Brian challenged his partner Ryan. Great cause, thanks to Brian for participating. The river is in great shape.
