J-Doc Posted December 18, 2014 Posted December 18, 2014 Taneycomo squid......that's funny!! I just know I saw something as big as 6ft or better slashing the surface violently and way too big to be a typical large fish. I really thought it was a diver. But no other boats around and no diver down flags. Just me. And it......whatever it was. And the size of the arches was crazy. Wish had taken a photo of my graph. I may have. I'd have to dig through an archive to find it. Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!

J-Doc Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 It's the only logical answer I think (gar). If it was, it was a massive one for this water system. I mean super massive! Need marine repair? Guest Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 Yeah, I've witnessed the Loch Ness monsters surfacing. I'm willing to bet they're alligator gar. The lower White south of I-40 has a good population. It wouldn't surprise me a bit.
