Back to procedural matters: We held an emergency session of the What's Cooking committee and this line of discussion is provisionally approved, subject to some stuff and other things. But once this 'recipe' progresses to fermentation, please continue the discussion in that other thread, which we have forgotten the name of, but you should be able to figure out.
