Good grief Seth, are there any left? j/k.....nice catches. How do you cook them? I've never ate one before, but have had my fair share of snagging down in Oklahoma.

On a side note, came across Truman on 13 Hwy today and lots of snaggers up that way.

Yes there were.  It's the only time of year there are more than a couple rigs at Osceola.

True.  Seen someone on the west side set up with pontoon, tents, kids, and all.  They are making it a family reunion.  There was no less than 30 trailers there today.

I saw the tent too.  Surprised someone with a badge hasn't told them to leave.

All but one of those is still swimming. We dont care that much for eating them, but I did keep a barely legal male to brine and smoke. That seems to be the way a lot of people really prefer to eat them. They are OK fried, but ai have a hard time eating them when I can just go catch crappie or whites this time of year.
