Members okie
Finally able to get back to the lake. Been really anxious to get the Triton wet. Got to Shell Knob at six and was in the water fishing by six thirty. Hit one cut and managed three in about an hour. They all came on a slow rolled War Eagle. The first one would have been close to four, and the other two were twins around two pounds. Threw the little guy a bit without any success. Looking forward to a couple of nice days. You see me on the water stop and say hi, and thanks to all you regulars for sharing. It really shortens the learning curve for us occasional TR guys. When I was down a few weeks ago they were all over the place near us around Old 86 Park. Crossing the road on the intersection of our neighborhood and UU at the top of the hill on two separate occasions with about 3-4 gobblers and about dozen hens with them. Fired one up out the window with a TERRIBLE rendition of turkey gobble. Brother and I had a laugh about that. Good luck in both the hunting and fishing chase. marcus
