Guest flyfishBDS Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 Took my stepson fishing on Roaring River probably 6 weeks ago, in the excitement of his catching fish and rush to leave to make an appointment, left my good long handled net on the bank. Of course I only just discovered it. Its very distinctive, long handle big hoop 20" across Wood is gorgeous Koa Wood, from Hawaii it was a gift Makers name _ Tropical Lightning engraved on neck of the hoop Magnetic Net release attached. If anyone picked it up, knows of anyone picked it up, or if it was handed into Tim or the Lodge etc. I'll be happy to provide some sort of reward as to what suits, flies, flyline etc casting lessons etc. Sentimental attachment to this one. Cheers Steve
Terry Beeson Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 Dang, Steve... I WISH I had been there and picked it up for ya... no reward would be necessary... That is a sweet net and belongs in the hands of the rightful owner... Here's hopin' someone honest enough to turn it in found it... Guest flyfishBDS Posted May 25, 2007 Posted May 25, 2007 Thanks Terry, just wish I'd realised it was missing earlier.
