Fishing Bennett in high water

Against my better judgement, going to head down to Bennett after work this evening and plan on fishing all day tomorrow.  Water is high and muddy.  Any advice for fishing these conditions?  Would prefer to stick with my fly rod, but I am not opposed to breaking out the spinning rod if necessary.  I've only fished Bennett a couple of times before, and never when the water is up and colored like it is now.

I don't know Bennett, but typically in high or discolored water I like a bigger fly and a darker fly. easier for the fish to hear it or see it. And it often needs to be heavy to reach the bottom before it's zipped away downstream.

Use the big glo bug....  It's still March and they should be all over that.  Multi color one I bet would work.  Use the ones tied on a jig head and hang a SJ worm off it.  Let us know how you do, ok??  @liphunterjust loves pictures...
