I was merely pointing out that his idea was misled about having a greater chance at being hit by a drunk driver. You see I tend to look into things before spouting off at the mouth about a subject I know little about. (Not that you where Al) I was intrigued by Al 's assumption about being killed by a drunk driver is statistically greater then maybe having to defend yourself from violence. So I decided to post some stats. You however can judge someone through a few words on a computer screen and make assumptions about his character I stand in awe of your skills of deduction.

Only if it's really sharp. There is a three day waiting period...followed by a class that cost $150 and a licensing fee of $65...then you have to remain certified in good standing for 3 years...then you can renew your license after being cleared by a panel of ninjas.

I didn't ask what you could do to prevent it...I asked what you would do to stop it. This implies that it is unavoidable.
