A guy i talked to showed me some flies that looked like fish food from the hatchery. they were made of deer hair, he said his buddy tied them. does anyone know where i can buys some? thanks steve

we are gonna be there, i will talk it over with wife, and see what we will bring and let you know. i would chip in a few bucks for a banner. any chance of a raffle for a rod and reel????? say like 20 bucks a ticket and winner gets the rod and reel????? all proceeds over cost of rod adn reel go to the OAF committee????? just an idea, to offset banner cost or whatever

days have been rough for us, but im hitting some bows after dark on woolies

we rented a condo and it is right by what i learned is called lookout island and manhole, here at pointe royale. caught a couple bows last night on bugger, fished the dam this am and then generation started this afternoon and i couldnt catch anything. u better off fishing at the dam or here???????????

i am going to get some breathable simms waders, maybe the freestones. im gonna get them at a fly shop instead of big box store. boots im looking at simms or chotas

ok guys great answers, so i will definetely get some good breathable waders, adn i was thinking about under amour cold gear underneath and maybe some fleece wader liner pants. any waders that are definetely a step above the rest???? for the money i mean????

Hi i am steve titus from near hiawatha ks and went to taneycomo for the first time ever thsi week. had a great time look forward to going again in fall. caught some rainbows on scuds and buggers. hadnt been fly fishing since i left montana about 15 years ago
