hi Tom, new to this board myself...headed to Branson for six months shortly. I live over here near the islands on Erie...we've been slammin' the perch, and the 'eyes have been doing ok. Just have a longer run to get to them this time of year, and pretty much have to do the night bite. Was out last nite, which will be my last trip this year on Erie (taking boat to Branson next week). Limits on perch in two hours, 'eyes took longer. Today I checked, nobody's doing very well...maybe the weather. Looking forward to fishing the Branson area ! Bill

Hello everyone, Signed up for this forum, looks like it's a great source of info. We are headed to Branson for an extended stay (6 months). Bringing the boat down next week, then will be bringing the 5th wheel down 2nd week of September. Looking forward to some fine fishing.....living here in the walleye capital of the world, I'm ready to get after some trout as well as some of the other fine fishing in your area. Bill
