  1. I have the boat listed for sale on this forum. A pickup salesman and I were talking about the price on a pickup and when I responded to his price he asked me if it was to much or not enough. I evidently am asking to much for the boat or everyone already has one. If anybody is interested at all in this boat make me a offer. I realize it is a old boat but I would like to get this out of the garage.
  2. Due to health problems I have a boat for sale. The boat is a l989 Lowe 1600 alum boat. Two adult life jackets, one medium, one cushion throwable and one for a small dog. One oar. New never used anchor with 100ft of new anchor rope. Landing net. One night fishing light with green and white lense covers. Spare prop that come on the boat. It is a SS prop. Bow mounted trolling motor. Has two 6 gallon tanks with one small two gallon tank in case I forgot to fill the tanks and ran out of gas because I never did figure out how to walk on water. Has a Humminbird 728 sonar that is GPS capable. I bought this last summer and works very well. It does not have the GPS chip in it as I don't know how that works but is available from Humminbird. Motor is a 1989 40hp Evinrude two cycle. Was tuned up last fall. Has tilt and trim. Motor runs well and planes this boat easily. have not had any problems with it. I have a unopened gallon of Quicksilver premium 2-cycle outboard oil. Has a SS prop as a spare. I bought a new Alum prop because I wasn't sure the pitch was right on the SS prop. The trailer is a 1992 E-Z loader model EZB 14-17 roller trailer. Tires were new last spring and comes with a new spare that hasn't been on the ground. All lights work. The only thing that is needed for this boat to hit the water is to mix some gas and if you want to use the bow mounted trolling motor you will need to buy a battery for it. I seldom used it. The battery for it was rather small and got to where it wouldn't hold a charge. I was going to buy one this year before I went to the lake just to have a spare battery. I am asking $3500.00 cash for it. It is in the garage now. If anyone that is serious about buying this boat I can bring it to the twin bridges boat ramp if you want to look at it. If the weather is cold I won't be able to bring it until it is a rather nice day as some of the medication I am on makes cold really bother me.
