The key advantage with the wrist light is that you can direct the light in more directions using your arm and still maintain the hands free light advantage like you would with the head light. Head lights are great too, but limited to the direction your turn your head. The wrist light is light weight, comes with four led's that you can turn 360 degrees and tilt up 45 degrees. Comes with a universal sized band that you can position on the top of your wrist or upside down.
