The Occasional Crappie

Caught 2 limits again today in about 3 hrs in the middle of the day. Same color & same spots. Pretty windy though.

Crappie are on the banks! We fished about 3 hrs between McCubbins point and passover and had 2 limits on orange & chartruse. 4-5 ft. deep/ 3 to 10 feet from the bank.

went to glaze arm after the storm new years eve morning and we took home 27 keepers in about 4 hrs. fish were in 20' of water 12 to 15' deep over brush. red/chartruse, blue/white. let it down below them and reel up very slow. i wish more crappie fishermen would post.
