  4. I Was Pleased to find the fish finally at the edge of the brush at 30 feet. That means less tackle lost. Some of the guide trips I have had out untill now we would lose 10 to 15 harneses makes for a long day getting tackle tied back up and ready for the next trip. We pulled bottom bouncers and used Jig and a half a crawler to get 4 keepers We didnt catch a ton of fish but the ones I caught were nice ones up to 25inches. In places I marked lots and lots of fish and only catch one or two then have to move on.Another thing I noticed was was I saw some shad fry floating and they are about 2inches long and I think the walleye are preety well fed right now.Caught most on Main lake and secondary points and flats. 5. I found the walleye in 25 to 30 feet of water its nice that they have moved out of the brush it sure is alot easier on tackle. I caught around a dozen but had no keepers alot of 17 inchers. I marked a bunch of fish though but all in all kinda tough day. The fish I caught were either on bottom bouncers with Northlands Real Baitfish Image blades or on A jid and half a crawler. Leslie Wake
