28Lb Bigmouth Buffalo Fish On 4Lb Line

Hey everyone, Yesterday I caught a Bigmouth Buffalo Fish on 4lb line that weighed around 28lbs. Are there state records for fish caught on certain test line weights? My uncle seems to think so, but I can't find them anywhere (I live in Missouri). The fish qualifies for the Missouri "Master Angler Award," though certainly not for the record largest Bigmouth Buffalo Fish. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
