  1. I've been taking in all this good info on these river boats. I live in the Delta, but frequently fish in the Ozarks, we have a place in sharp County, and have family near Heber Springs, so I fish Little Red, and the White quite a bit, especially in the Winter. Anyways, I am really close to ordering a new boat from Supreme, I"ve been researching and like what I see in the supreme. I also plan to use this boat in the good ole muddy St. Francis river here in Clay county to chase flathead during low summer water. Here, very few fish the River where i like to fish it because of the shallow sand bars, I believe with one of these boats, i could also run the river where others can't. My question is for those of you that run both kinds of boats, will a L48 Supreme run more shallow than my 1856 War Eagle. My boat is Semi V'd so it will eat up a crooked river, i love it, but on these Ozark Rivers, it doesn't seem to float very shallow enough to keep me from being nervouse around all the rocks. I fished in a Topwater boat last winter in the Little Red, was very impressed with the water we went over, will the Supreme float in as shallow water as the Topwater? Thanks in advance for any Info!!
  2. Took this last year while picking cotton near Nimmons Arkansas. My wife is the photographer in the family, but even she was impressed with this one...
  3. Thanks for the feedback. I've actually talked to Rob a few times through email, he has answered every time. He's a big fan it seems of the 48's either model. I think that would fit me great with a 25 jet. I fished one the Little Red river last winter in a Topwater boat. He got us through a shoal I thought was impossible, we got on some fish that only a few with the right boat could get to, and absolutely wore them out on a sow bug. Anyways, I could not believe how shallow the water was we was going through with that topwater. I've priced them as well, they are some higher, but a neat looking boat. Decisions, decisions....lol
  4. I've been researching some fiberglass river or trout boats as some call them. I trout fish quite a bit in the winter, as well as fish for flatheads in the summer here in the Delta. Both of which run really shallow at times. I'm interested in one of these boat, with a jet drive. I've been looking on internet, and have looked at the Shawnee, and Supreme boats. Last winter, I went with a guide on a flyfishing trip, and he had a "Topwater" boat, which I was really impressed with. What do some of you think, or have had experience with. Thanks in advance.
