I have used the S-waver 168 and 200 in Beaver Creek, but like evilcatfish said, they're not that great in current because of the slow sink rates. Now if you have a big slough and some cover (logs/boulders), that's where you what to throw it.

I was told to put this back in the box and wrap it for Christmas morning, but I had to snap a few pics of the new Lew's SC6000 next to my Calcutta 400. After Christmas morning, I'll break into it, adjust the centrifugal brake and check out the guts of this thing. It'll be strung up with 25lbs test Big Game mono and strapped to a KGB Swimbaits custom XXH rod by Ark-Rods. I'll be tossing my larger baits (6 to 10oz) with the combo. After some use, I'll come back with my own personal "performance" review. Specs: Retail price $99.99 (I got it for 20% off with a canned food donation at the Lew's store/SFO) 300yds/15lbs test 225yds/20lbs test (mono I assume) 100mm handle with EVA knobs Carbon fiber drag rated @ 18lbs (as per Jim Lovan, the labels will be fixed soon to display that specification) 5:3-1 ratio Weight: 11.8oz 23" per turn 5+1 bearings

Haha abkeenan, that one did hit $1k in less than 12 hours. There was a few made trying to get it to float right and get it to where it would roll over on it's own when it landed on its back. But he will be making a smaller version soon enough.

Fish have been caught with this bait. It's also made with the same resin material he used for the shads that caught striper up to 52lbs, so it should be pretty darn durable...

No charge on the shipping.lol this was an open bid, no reserve auction, first publicly available bait, and the final bid is about 17 times more than the estimated retail price that Kevin may charge.lol

Never heard of her.lol I found it. I was actually talking to Jeff at Fringe Tackle this morning and he had mentioned that he commented on the thread.

It's nobody we know personally. but kevin has be contacted by a couple of the bidders to let him know they were serious. He was a little afraid of the legitimacy of the bids once it passed $500. BBC???

Just posting for your entertainment. My best buddy, Kevin, local bait builder from Harrison, Ar, just released his first publicly bullfrog following about 5 months of hype in the swimbait scene. If you have some spare change laying around, feel free to make a bid.lol http://m.ebay.com/itm/172439664047?_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649&_mwBanner=1

A Spro BBZ 8" in Rainbow trout color, Fast sink. -
Now that the season is done, here's the cell phone video of the 36lbs striper I caught in June. I didn't quite meet my 50lbs goal, and it wasn't for the lack of trying, I'll shoot for it again next year. Thanks to my sponsors for their support in this striper hunt and throughout my tournament season. I was scrolling threw Target Walleye's visitor posts on Facebook, and found this pic of a large walleye, apparently caught from Table Rock and the picture looks as if it was taken on Phil's dock. The pics was from late August/early Sept, I for got the date on it.

The "weigh-in" and awards presented by Show-Me Kayak Fishing Association president Eric Hansen, at Ozarks Extreme Outdoors new location. And yours truly making a cameo in the beginning and the end. http://1source.basspro.com/index.php/all-videos/189-pros4--1source/video/2111-mo-yak-missouri-championship-top-5

This is an Invitational tournament for those who have participated in at least 1 of the Mo-Yak Fishing Series tournaments this year. But anyone is welcome to come to Ozarks Extreme Outdoors new location near Reeds Spring Junction for the weigh-in about 4pm on Saturday afternoon. We found out yesterday morning that Bass Pro Shops is sending a media crew to cover the event, so be warned you may end up on camera. The inside of the shop is not yet completed but we will have some racks set up with tackle to sell as well. So come out, check out the shop, chat with the competition and see what it will take to win.

Help finding a fishing kayak
Moswimb8slinger replied to nymphermaniac's topic in Tips & Tricks, Boat Help and Product Review
Outfitting a small jet ski trailer to carry your canoe can prevent having to load it on top of your 4runner. Some of the kayak fisherman who either have larger kayaks (100 plus pounds) or don't want to remove all the accessories, have small trailers to tow them around with. -
Caught Yesterday on Bull Shoals
Moswimb8slinger replied to Spoon Feeder's topic in Lower Bull Shoals
I just checked and its 4/angler from either state on Bull Shoals. Hopefully there were more people than himself. Otherwise it's just self incriminating, even if they were only held in the livewell and then released. -
You can do CPR like us kayak guys. There's a 2 new tamper-proof Hog trough style boards that are supposed to hit the market soon to hamper cheats. And a unique identifier makes sure the fish is from that day.
