I saw this boat as well I think but when I saw it it had a sail up. Almost stopped to take a picture, but wanted to get on fish.

Caught a few nice whites trolling the umbrella rig from power site to swan. 1/4 oz head and 4 pearl slider paddle tail swimming minows with a willow blade in the center. Also caught a bunch of small and large mouth plus one mean mouth on the turbine side of the dam with a 1/4 oz head and a large smoke and silver swimming minow, fishing it like a creature bait, just let her sink and the drag it back a little at a time.
