I have been reading trying to understand what channel swings look like and how to locate them.
I think I have a basic understanding.

Can someone point out a couple creek and main lake channel swings around the 9 mile marker?

Been trying find them using topography map with lake depths.

Are there any trolling motor quick release mounts that you screw into the deck (not bolt down). I don't have access to the bottom of the deck.

Actually, I was wrong a 42 inch shaft is what I saw. We probably would only be fishing a few hours at a time. My uncle has a bass boat we can use for longer fishing trips.

So sounds like a 42 reversed transom mount should work. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I have found a 52in 80lb transom mount that I think would be long enough. Wouldn't that work?

Can you give me a link to something that is similar to the clamp on motor you have? That sounds exactly like what I am looking for.

I want to put a trolling motor on the front of my 24 ft tritoon. I cant buy a bass boat right now, but want to get out on LOZ to do some bass fishing. I want something that is easily removeable so I can take it off the boat when we arent fishing. Given the weight/size of the boat I assume I will need a 70+ lb 24V motor. Is there a way to mount a transom mount motor on the front of the pontoon? Any suggestions on a type/mount of motor that would be easily removed? Any help would be appreciated.
