It was slow this weekend. Only got 1 keeper walleye and 20 crappie. I took a vacation day Tuesday and catch a limit of walleye between 10-12. The sun was shining and they was on the bank by BIG rocks. Using road runner and minnow. Didn't work this weekend though! Good fishing!

Dad and I only got 1 walleye today, 4 to small. We did come home with 16 crappie. I'll take that almost as good as walleye! All around Masters

I'm afraid some day they will stop stocking. I'm ok with the closed season during spawn. Slot would be my first choice 17-24 let them go. 15ers taste the best! I'll be on water this evening looking for a limit. Good luck all! -

Way to go! I'm for the slot limit or raise min length. This year has been great for me to, I'd like to keep it that way! -
This time of year, month of May, get deep diving crankbaits. Troll in 20ft of water and you'll catch them. Let a lot of line out and get close to the bottom!

Put in at crab tree at 4:30am. Catch 1 walleye 5 crappie first 2hrs of light. Fished around price cove, Main lake side. Nothing until about 10am,found a little shaded bank across from state park catch 6 walleye in 20min. 3 keepers, had a limit. The crappie still had eggs.
