I was at the table rock state.park and there is a sign that says not to keep fish due to chlorade levels? Anyone know if this is lake wide or any details?

Does anyone keep the fish out of springfield lake? I've heard bad things but if someone is for sure that it is fine, then I'd like to check it out more. I like to keep the fish I catch if it's good eats.

Only been once to actually throw in my line.. Wondering if anyone can suggest a good place to throw in at? I've seen people off the sides of the bridge before, but wondering if there is better spots.
