Today I noticed several dozen dead/dying shad back in a cove. Is this a "normal" thing for this time of year?

Attended COE info share in Kimberling City today. I spoke with one of the representatives and asked her if they were going to lock up Joe Bald Park. She said NO. There are no definite plans right now. She said that the Kimberling City Chamber of Commerce and a couple of other groups (cannot recall their names) have had a few brainstorming sessions on what they might be able to do with that area. So I guess if you want to get involved, KC Chamber might be a good start. I'll probably give them a call next week.

Tapout.. I agree. I'm one of those homeowners just up the street and that ramp is soo convenient. I didn't think any monies were being spent. Can't see why they don't just leave "as is". Is this the Corp that is talking about this, or someone else? Who can I contact to get more information?
