Terry Beeson would know. Ive never been to it but I guess Ill tell you what I know. Southern Council Conclave is basically national just a bit smaller (I guess) but it basically has all the same things as national conclave. (fishings a little different)

I must disagree on the subject and agree with Greg. Even on my river in the middle of the stream in a stillwater area ive caught quite a few fish. I personally think it kinda looks like a bit of powerbait, and thats the main food source on our river, lol! Tell me why do you say that it wont work? Terry I heard about this fly in Fly Fishermans article "6 easy eggs" they had quite a few. Very well written article and verfy informative.

Ya know Terry I think theres a special rule for some people with a certain disability you can fish there. hahahaha lets go fishin! I dont know when Ill be able to get back over there... But over October the 18-22 I think well be able to go to Branson and fish the Chartered water fishing tournament! YAY!!! Beeson ya wanna fish it with me?

Hrmmm something that you might consider if you like fishing a sink tip is a Mill Creek rod that is 80 for the whole package. I fish it with a Bass pro reel and a SA line with 10ft sink tip for big trout and mediocre sized stripers. Its a great rod has enough backbone to turn a nice fish around with a heavy tippet. So that could be an option, if anyone has anything feedback wise about this rod I would love to hear it. thanks -

Well up at the dam down to somewhere you cant use bait (powerbait minnows worms etc) but you can use spinners and such. Remember there is a slot limit there that is from 12-20 inches on rainbows and you cant keep browns till they are 20+ inches... Someone like Leonard can give you more info on the area -

Uhmmm Brownieman I cant find a link in there... If there was supposed to be one in there please try and redo it, Id love to see some big browns like that... Ive tried to make my avatar a pic of me and my big 30+" bow that I got out of Dry Run Creek a few weeks ago... Just to let you all know I dont live up there and havent got a clue as to where Fall Creek is, though my friend Rhonda and a group of her family went out on a Pontoon and fshed there as saw some big browns about 2 weeks ago. Sorry if I just gave something away

Depending on what region your in of Texas youve got some good pond/lake fishing for Big ol Bass and panfish which are some of the best! Welcome to you to Harper!
